FAQ: How to Use Your 2026 Season Pass on Ticketor
How do I redeem my Season Pass for tickets?
- Log in to your Ticketor account
For the easiest experience, log in using the same email you used when purchasing your Season Pass.
- Add tickets to your shopping cart
Choose the Mainstage show and select your preferred performance date, then add 1 ticket to your cart.
(Your Season Pass is valid for one ticket to each of the 6 Mainstage Productions.)
- Go to Checkout
If your cart is eligible for a Season Pass redemption, a Season Pass box will appear on the checkout page.
- Apply your Season Pass
- If you are logged in, your Season Pass code(s) will be pre‑populated—simply click to apply.
- If not logged in, enter your Season Pass code manually.
Once applied, your included ticket will be discounted automatically.
Can I buy extra tickets in the same order?
Yes! You are not limited to one ticket per order.
If you want to attend a show with a friend:
- Add both tickets to your cart
- Apply your Season Pass to cover the cost of one ticket
- Pay the regular price for the additional ticket(s)
The Season Pass discount will apply only to one ticket per show, but you can conveniently purchase your friend’s ticket in the same transaction.
Do I have to redeem all my Season Pass tickets at once?
No. You can redeem your Season Pass any time throughout the 2026 season.
You may:
- Redeem all six tickets in advance, or
- Redeem them one show at a time as each production occurs
The timing is completely up to you.
Can I exchange my ticket if my plans change?
Yes. Season Pass tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production, based on availability.
To exchange:
- Log into your Ticketor account
- Open your order
- Select “Exchange” and choose your new performance date
